Evictions Emerging from Lockdown
Presented by the Union-Snyder County Bar Association in conjunction with North Penn Legal Services
This virtual one-hour continuing legal education course will present an overview of landlord/tenant law in Pennsylvania. The presentation will also include a discussion of the eviction process with a special focus on the end of the moratorium and other COVID-related issues.
Moderated by Attorney Paige Martineau, the panel of presenters will include Attorney Michael Funt, Attorney Matt Cravitz and the Hon. Jeff Rowe.
This CLE is FREE for any attorney who pledges to take one pro bono landlord/tenant case at a magisterial district court in Union or Snyder county in the next twelve months. Otherwise, the CLE is $25.00 for USCBA members and $50.00 for non-USCBA members.
This session will provide 1 Substantive CLE Credits for attending attorneys.
