NPLS is the Beneficiary of Residual Settlement Funds

NPLS is pleased to announce that it is the beneficiary of residual settlement funds from a consumer class action lawsuit against a Pennsylvania lender for their repossession practices. Andrew Milz, Esq. partner in the consumer protection law firm Flitter Milz, P.C. of Montgomery County, PA, presented a check to NPLS’ Executive Director on January 30, 2017.
